TTXGP ITALIA/FMI CHAMPIONSHIP 2010 DATES CONFIRMED

TTXGP can confirm that the initial Round 1 and Round 2 dates at Magione (26/27 June) and Franciacorta (25/25 July) have now been reset to new dates and venues.

These new rounds are Mugello (29 August) and Vallelunga (12 September).

This makes the Italian National Championship calendar as follows:


Round 1......Mugello.............29 August

Round 2......Franciacorta........05 September

Round 3......Vallelunga..........12 September

Round 4......Mugello.............26 September


The leading 8 teams from the championship will all be invited to partake in the World TTXGP FINAL/UEM 2010 in Albacete, Spain in 24th October 2010.

The President of the FMI, Mr. Paolo Sesti said "This marks the start of the next generation of motorsport in Italy and in Europe. The FMI is one of the leading bodies for motorcycle motorsports in Europe and we have found a great partnership with TTXGP to build the foundation for zero emission sports and industry in Italy. We are committed to the make this successful and we invite all to be part of it."

The TTXGP Italia/FMI Championship 2010 will broadcast on Sportitalia, Nuvolari and MotoTv. Details of schedules will follow. TTXGP Italia forms part of a 3 series world championship with teams from around the world joining in s grand final on October 24th, 2010 in Albacete.
